I/We understand and agree that any allotment of the plot by said developer’s is subject to 1. Realization of the cheque / demand draft/pay order/ RTGS/NEFT. I/we have paid as application money for booking by cheque/Demand draft/ pay order/RTGS/NEFT
Payment to be made by me / us in terms of the payment plan given below and 3. Standard agreement for transfer to be signed by me / us within one month of the issuance of allotment letter, failing either of which such allotment shall automatically stand withdrawn and cancelled and the entirely of the application money for booking paid by me/us will be forfeited.
I/We am/are aware and confirm that the benefit of GST has been passed on to me/us and I/we will not claim any benefit later on.
